Wow I tried this since my sim card was failing it never restarted. Just have a frozen logo now on the main screen and no phone. I shouldn't have done this.
Does this procedures in the video erase all the data as contacts and photos ?
if you do a factory reset do you still have to remove the SIM card? If so how do you do that?
